Remind You Why It’s Important To Attend
Sunday School Each Week!
In Sunday School We Learn That…
BLUE reminds us of water and the earth. God is the creator and sustainer of all things. (Genesis 1)
RED reminds us of love. God loves each of us with a love so great that he was willing to give his only son, Jesus Christ, so that everyone who believes in him might have the hope of eternal life. (John 3)
YELLOW reminds us of light. Jesus Christ is the light of the world! Each of us should be a reflection of that light and love to the world and everyone around us. (John 1:4-5)
BLACK reminds us of darkness and sin. Every person has sinned. No one is perfect and none of us deserves God’s great love for us. (Romans 3:23)
(WHITE) reminds us of purity. Even through we all have sinned, there is a way for those sins to be forgiven, and that is through our belief in the one who is pure and perfect, Jesus Christ. (John 14:6)
PURPLE reminds us of hope. In Sunday school we learn to take our hopes, dreams, needs and concerns – no matter how big or small – to God through prayer. (Matthew 7:7-8)
GREEN reminds us of life and growth. Acceptance of Jesus as personal Lord and Savior is the important first step, but it is just the beginning of a life-long walk with Christ. We must never stop learning and trying to grow in our love for others and in our faith in Him. How can we grow in Christ? By reading the Bible, through prayer and by attending Sunday school each week. (Jude 20-21)
ORANGE reminds us of gold! Being a part of God’s family is worth much, much more than all of the gold, money and things that the world can offer. (Psalm 19:7-10)
In Sunday school all persons of all ages come together to learn about God, the Bible and how to live each day in the way that God wants us to live. Sunday school is great! Sunday school is fun! Sunday school is for YOU!
